Mrs. McMulley is from Springfield and a 2000 graduate of Lutheran High School. She attended Lewis University (Romeoville, IL) and played collegiate Division 2 volleyball for the Flyers. After graduating with her Bachelors, Mrs. McCulley attended Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville and graduated with her MBA in 2006. In August of 2007 she started teaching at Springfield Lutheran. She became the Director of Athletics in 2011.
She married Dru McCulley in 2009 and has 2 sons, Callum and Cylas. Mrs. McCulley enjoys bike riding, reading, playing outside with the boys and volleyball.

Health 9/10 is a freshman/sophomore level class. We will cover many different aspects of health education including, but not limited to the following topics: mental health, social health, human development, nutrition and fitness, substance abuse, preventing disease, and safety/first aid.
In this required course, basic skills, fitness, and the understanding of rules and activities being undertaken are studied. Also students will learn the importance of exercise and stretching, while working towards a healthy and fit body.
This class provides opportunities to continue and advance their strength and conditioning. Students will be required to participate in strenuous cardio and strength building activities.
