Katie Neece, M.A.

Special Education

Mrs. Neece grew up in Saint Louis, Missouri where she attended Lutheran Schools throughout high school. She graduated from Central Methodist University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education in 2016. She then went on to receive her Master’s Degree in Special Education from Northwest Missouri State University in 2019. She has previously taught in Charter Schools with students K-8.

Mrs. Neece has lived in three different states because her husband is a football coach. They have lived in Indianapolis, IN, Toledo, OH, and most recently, Jacksonville, IL. They have a daughter, Hadley, who was born in June of 2021.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dog, crafting, and cooking.

Mrs. Neece’s favorite bible verse is Joshua 1:9 “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified. Do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”
